Here are three older Openbox themes that have been part of PostX Gnu/Linux for awhile now. All themes are under GPL. Install these using Openbox obconf tool.

Cypher theme. Download(.obt is inside the zip).

Dark-Exit2 theme. Download(.obt is inside the zip).

D12 theme. Download(.obt is inside the zip).
