“Fluxbox is a windowmanager for X that was based on the Blackbox 0.61.1 code. It is very light on resources and easy to handle but yet full of features to make an easy, and extremely fast, desktop experience. It is built using C++ and licensed under the MIT-License.”
Fluxbox also comes by default with a simple panel, which has capacity to show open windows, workspaces and opened windows.

Notes: You should download the theme by pressing the actual download button. If you try to open the archive directly within your browser without downloading it first it might lead to an error message.

To install the theme
Unzip the theme archive to .fluxbox/styles directory. .Fluxbox is a hidden directory inside you user’s home directory. If the styles directory is does not exist then create it.
OR
If you want to make the theme available globally to all possible users of your computer then unzip it to /usr/share/fluxbox/styles Note: You need to be a root user or a sudo user in order to do the previous.
You will also need to have feh or similar program installed so that Fluxbox can enable the background of the theme.
For Gentoo users and alike
If you use feh do make sure that you have png use flag enabled in your /etc/portage/make.conf when you are emerging feh.
