Dreamlight and Jwm

Dreamlight Jwm configuration

It is time to relase the final part of Dreamlight series and without further ado here is Dreamlight Jwm along with some instructions.

Save the entries found inside of the pdf file as .jwmrc and the .jwmrc to your home directory. If you need help with modifying and customizing the .jwmrc file see the tutorial which I published earlier: Easy Jwm tutorial

Remember to change the entry <StartupCommand>feh –bg-scale ‘/home/tester/test/background.jpg'</StartupCommand> to match an actual backround file. Also do remember to install feh so that you can get the background setup working correctly.

Change <StartupCommand>setxkbmap fi</StartupCommand> to match your keyboard locale if needed.

About the clock

As you can see the Dreamlight tint2 panel configuration does not feature clock by default. To use clock you can either use Conky configurations available here: https://www.techtimejourney.net/?p=723

or conkybox configuration available  here: https://www.techtimejourney.net/?p=520

Alternatively you can of course use the basic Tint2 configuration which does feature clock by default.
